2. Nature & Scope of Educational Consultancy Services
LPS Global Education acts as a professional educational advisory facilitator connecting aspiring students with accredited colleges, polytechnics, and universities across international destinations (including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, France, and Singapore).
Our core scope of services includes:
- Academic profile analysis, course matching, and eligibility assessment.
- University application packaging, submission, and admission follow-ups.
- SOP (Statement of Purpose) and LOR (Letter of Recommendation) structuring and linguistic proofreading.
- Financial documentation review, educational loan facilitation advice, and scholarship screening.
- Student visa dossier structuring, VFS/biometric appointment scheduling, and 1-on-1 embassy mock interviews.
- Pre-departure briefings, accommodation guidance, and foreign currency exchange advisory.
3. Client Obligations & Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy
By engaging our services, the candidate explicitly warrants that:
- All documents, certificates, test scores, and financial records submitted are 100% authentic, lawful, and verifiable.
- You have disclosed all previous visa rejections, travel bans, criminal convictions, or immigration breaches for any country without concealment.
- Any discovery of falsification or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of any consulting fees paid, and potential statutory reporting to relevant embassies and verification bodies.
4. Admissions, Scholarships & Visa Decisions Disclaimer
Sole Prerogative Notice: While LPS Global maintains an industry-leading 99.5% visa success track record through meticulous preparation, the final decision to grant admission, issue a CAS/I-20, award a scholarship, or issue a student/work visa rests solely and exclusively with the respective university and sovereign government embassy.
LPS Global Education is an authorized consulting body and does not claim, promise, or guarantee automated admissions or visas. We strictly denounce fraudulent "100% guaranteed visa" claims prevalent among unauthorized agents.
5. Service Fees, Payment Terms & Refund Policy
- Advisory Fees: Transparent service fees or administrative processing retainers are clearly communicated in writing upon enrollment.
- Third-Party Statutory Payments: All statutory fees (university application charges, embassy visa fees, biometric charges, SEVIS fees, IHS healthcare surcharges, TB medical tests) are paid directly by the student to the respective government or university portals.
- Refund Conditions: Advisory retainers cover dedicated counselor hours, dossier packaging, and university communications. Retainers are non-refundable once applications are officially transmitted to universities, except where explicitly agreed upon in a written individual service agreement.
- Visa Refusal: In the unlikely event of an unforeseen visa refusal based solely on sovereign quota caps (and not due to student concealment, fraud, or failure to attend interviews), LPS Global will file a complimentary administrative appeal or re-application for an alternative intake without additional advisory fee surcharges.
6. Overseas Employment & AEWV Guidance Terms
For candidates utilizing our overseas career advisory services (such as New Zealand Accredited Employer Work Visa - AEWV pathways):
- LPS Global provides profile evaluation, job description alignment, and visa compliance advisory.
- Employment contracts, wage rates, and job offers originate directly from verified, accredited international employers.
- Immigration New Zealand or the respective country's immigration ministry holds sole discretion over work visa issuances.
